INGREDIENTS
POUND OF TOFU
2 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1. 1/2 TEASPOON OF GARLIC SALT OR TO TASTE
PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
TABLESPOON OF PARSLEY
PREPARATION
NOTE: ADD GARLIC SALT TO YOUR TASTE
1. DRAIN THE WATER FROM TOFU 2.PLACE IN A PAN
3. CUT WITH A FORK LIKE IN THE PHOTO
4. ADD GARLIC SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
5.COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE TOFU LIQUID IS ALMOST EVAPORATED

ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND COOK FOR ONE OR TWO MINUTES MORE.
