                NINFA’S TOFU

INGREDIENTS

POUND OF TOFU

2  TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL

1. 1/2  TEASPOON OF GARLIC SALT OR TO TASTE

PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER

TABLESPOON OF PARSLEY

PREPARATION

NOTE: ADD GARLIC SALT TO YOUR TASTE

1. DRAIN THE WATER FROM TOFU  2.PLACE IN  A PAN

3.   CUT WITH A FORK  LIKE IN THE PHOTO

4. ADD GARLIC SALT AND BLACK PEPPER

5.COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE TOFU LIQUID IS ALMOST EVAPORATED

6 . 

ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND COOK FOR ONE OR TWO MINUTES MORE.

.SERVE AS IN THE PHOTO WITH AVOCADO AND LETTUCES OR WITH ABUNDANT SALAD, RICE, BREAD, POTATOES  OR AS YOU LIKE

Nutritional highlights. Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous. In addition, tofu is a good source of magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1
