2 yellow plantains
1/3 teaspoon agar agar powder
2 or 3 teaspoons of honey
pinch of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of soy milk
1 cup of water
How to prepare:
peel and slice the plantains as in the photo
add water
cook on medium heat ( (let it boil about 7 minutes ) partially covered as in the photo
